Maintenance

Servicing should be performed annually or every 100 dives to maintain the Lifetime Warranty

SCUBAPRO believe in preventative maintenance, thus minimising the potential for an inconvenient problem whilst on a diving vacation.
All maintenance work beyond simple care and attention must be performed by an Authorised SCUBAPRO repair technician. An authorised technician should be able to produce a certificate confirming attendance at a SCUBAPRO Service Technician course within the previous twelve months and be a full time staff member at an Authorised SCUBAPRO Dealer.

If you are experiencing problems with your diving equipment, below are some directions to follow.

  • Contact your local dealer and let them know the details of work to be performed. They will arrange for the appropriate repairs to be carried out, or
  • Write a short note describing the work to be performed on your equipment, your name and you return address.
  • Ensure your equipment is appropriately packaged and sent by registered post to:
    Scuba Equipment Africa
    P O Box 302
    Strathavon
    2031
    or
    4B Appel Road
    Kramerville
    Sandton
    Johannesburg
  • Please advise us if you require a quotation prior to the commencement of the work.
Please allow two weeks for the return of your equipment once it has been received by us.
We will call you and advise of the cost of repairs prior to returning it to you.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact our technical services dept on +27 (0) 11 444-6563
